Please note group rates outlined are only guaranteed if the group maintains the minimum number of rooms to qualify for group status with the hotel. If the group should fall below the minimum number of rooms the hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate. The individual deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable regardless if group status is maintained.
